Return & Refund Policy
If you have a change of mind over the product or feeling unsatisfied with the product, please send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
There are a few things to note:
- Buyer shall get seller's consent prior to the return and refund request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee and any extra cost incurred.
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original myFirst packaging.
Received Incorrect Product
We apologise for any inconvenience that we had caused towards you. If you receive an incorrect product, please let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will liaise with you to return the order. The product value will be fully refunded OR we will arrange for a new delivery with the correct order.
A product is deemed undeliverable due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the product is typically returned to the seller by the courier service. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
- Failed Delivery Attempt: If nobody is available to accept the delivery, the product will be returned to the seller.
- Refused Delivery: If you don't accept the delivery of the product at your doorstep, the product will be returned to the seller.
If the delivery couldn’t be done due to the customer negligence, your order will be sent back to us and we will do a partial refund as we will deduct the incurred cost caused by the return.
Please inform us at email@example.com before you proceed with any returns and do get a support ticket number from us. Uninformed return parcels will not be entertained.

It takes 5 – 7 working days for myFirst to process your returned product. Once the return has been processed, we will issue the refund or make the necessary arrangement. Please note, it will take several days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
